FAQ: Booking & Policies

 
How do I secure my date?

• Weddings: $350 non refundable deposit
• Events: $100 non refundable deposit
• Photo Sessions: $50 non refundable deposit
• Your deposit is applied toward your total balance
• Your date is officially reserved once your deposit is received

Do you travel?

• Lynspirational Media is based in Charlotte, NC
• Travel is available for weddings, events, and photo sessions
• A travel fee may apply for locations outside of Charlotte
• Any travel fees will be discussed and confirmed before booking

​

When is my remaining balance due?

• Photo Sessions: Full payment is due on or before the day of your shoot
• Weddings & Events: Full remaining balance is due one week before your event
• Flexible payment plans are available leading up to your final payment date

What payment methods do you accept?

• Apple Pay , Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash, Credit, Debit

Can I reschedule?

• Weather related rescheduling can be handled as needed
• Rescheduling for non weather related reasons requires a $50  rescheduling fee

​

What happens if I’m late?

• Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can review details and start on time
• Sessions will still end at the originally scheduled time
• Arrivals more than 30 minutes late may need to be canceled or rescheduled

Are deposits refundable?

• All deposits are non refundable
• Your deposit is applied toward your total balance
• Deposits reserve your date specifically for you

Can I make special requests?

• Absolutely
• Share your vision, important moments, or special requests before your date so we can plan accordingly
