Securing Your Date
To reserve your event:

Photo Sessions: $50 non-refundable deposit

Weddings & Events: $100 non-refundable deposit
Deposits confirm your spot on my calendar, applies toward your total balance, and serve as agreement to all Lynspirational Media policies.
Travel
For any session outside of Charlotte, NC, a non-refundable travel fee will be added. This will be discussed and confirmed at booking.
Payments

Photo Sessions: Full payment is due before or on the day of your shoot.

Weddings & Events: Flexible payment plans available, we’ll work together to create a schedule that works for you.

Accepted Payments: Cash, Cash App, or Zelle.
Rescheduling & Cancellations

Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can review details and start on time.

Sessions end at the scheduled time and cannot be extended for late arrivals.

If you’re more than 30 minutes late, your session may be canceled or rescheduled.

Rescheduling for non-weather reasons requires a $25 rescheduling fee.
